Uber life sometimes sucks

So uber is a "cab" company. There are both good and bad things about it. I drive for uber, and I had a tough day. So one of my customer was being really annoying and he said, "if you have a degree, why do you not have a job" etc and then he said "I only have a high school education and am in (some sheriff program) blah blah" and all this time I was getting really pissed at him. He has no idea that it's what I struggle with everyday and it's so easy for him. I just have not had the best luck. I have applied to so many jobs, and I have had maybe a dozen interviews. But it seems either they think I am over qualified or I lack job skills, which is it? I am beyond frustrated and am just about to give up!

Tea party with yummy sandwiches

In a tea party you have to think of what your guests will enjoy, what kind of tea and sandwiches. But if you want a crowd pleaser then go with plain black tea, it works with most sandwiches and your guests can always add anything they please. For example cinnamon, milk (almond is great!), or sugar. You are welcome to adjust the recipes as needed. Also some breads are big, so adjust as needed

Corn sandwich

4 pieces of room temperature bread (not toasted and cut the crust)
2 cups frozen corn
1 tsp mayonnaise
butter (salted or unsalted)
salt to taste (depends on which butter you use)
pepper
chilli powder (optional)
shredded cheese (optional)

Directions
put the corn in a microwave safe bowl and heat it up for about 2 minutes (or less depending on your microwave). Make sure the corn is nice and hot, drain any extra water from the thawing. Add all ingredients and mix well. You can butter your bread and layer corn and serve.

Cucumber sandwich

4 pieces of crustless bread at room temperature
1 whole cucumber washed and cut into round slices
lemon
1 tsp cream cheese softened
pepper

Directions
Mix the cucumbers with pepper and lemon. Spread the cheese on the bread and layer the cucumbers to the bread.

Fancy Tomato Pesto Tea Sandwiches
1 container cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp basil pesto
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 loaf thinly sliced white bread
fresh basil or parsley to garnish
Directions
Slice cherry tomatoes and place on paper towels.
Mix together basil pesto and cream cheese (I used
my hand mixer)
Spread a generous amount of pesto mixture on slices
of bread and cut out shapes with desired cookie
cutter. Place one slice of cherry tomato on each
bread shape. Put 1/2 cup of the pesto mixture into
a piping bag with a small open star tip. (I use
disposable piping bags so that I can just throw
away after use.) Pipe a small swirl of the pesto
mixture on the cherry tomato and top with
a small sprig of basil or parsley if desired.
